Strengthening the Safety Net
Guilford Adult Health (GAH); Guilford Community Care Network (GCCN) aims to strengthen the infrastructure of services to provide consistent, comprehensive health care to uninsured people aged 19 to 64 with incomes ranging from 0 to 200% of the federal poverty line. W2W funding will support a dedicated dental office that is open and staffed full-time and provides comprehensive services for a flat, affordable fee. Patients will have access to general and preventative care, specialized oral care, education, and telehealth.
